// SHADOW DIAGRAMS

> Shadow Diagrams are required by Council to supplement your lodgment of Development Application.

Generally preparation of Plan Shadow Diagrams calculated for the 9am, 12 noon, 3pm for DECEMBER 22nd, JUNE 22nd, MARCH 22nd will be sufficient.

In some cases, Elevational Shadow Diagrams will be required or Shadow Diagrams calculated every hour.

Our Shadow Diagrams for DA  provided with  warranty and support in case of inquiries from Council or objections from the neighbours.
